Easy clean hose and cable reels

Swedish company Nederman has developed and manufactured high quality, self retracting hose reels for more than 60 years. Most of its reels are fitted with ball bearings in the drum and swivel shaft, which makes it very easy for operators to pull out the hose or cable.
High quality seals minimise any risk of leakage. All Nederman reels have an optimised spring force, ensuring that the hose or cable retracts smoothly and evenly onto the drum. The high-quality spring is pre-tensioned at the factory and is well protected inside the drum cavity.
The reels are also easy to mount, either on walls, ceilings or floors.
Nederman’s stainless steel Hose Reel Series 886 is made entirely of stainless steel and designed specifically for the food processing industry. They are easy to clean thanks to rounded edges and feature an easy-to-dismantle hose outlet, an externally mounted swivel and a minimum number of material joints.
Nederman reels have up to 25 metre hose capacity in quarter-inch to one-inch diameter and meet international hygiene requirements.
