Safety mats take the load

MATTING Systems supplies industry with a wide range of robust workplace safety mats that can both "take the load off", providing anti-fatigue support for staff, and "take the load on" – offering load-bearing capabilities of up to 5000 kilograms per square foot.

The mats, made from a combination of recycled rubber and PVC, are designed with workplace safety in mind. There are a variety of surface options – closed, open, vented, and grit surfaced for extra traction. The mats are free draining, keeping workers dry even though the floor area may be wet. They have excellent sound dampening and insulating properties, as well as providing antí-fatigue and non-slip qualities.

The modular matting system means versatility when it comes to installation too.

Each tile/mat measures 500 x 500mm with clip-on edge ramps.

From a narrow corridor of foot traffic, to single workstations, or entire floor areas, these mats can be positioned to provide safe footing where it’s needed.

Being a true industrial mat, they can withstand the harshest environments, and demonstrate excellent resistance to acid, alkalis, animal fats, oils and grease!

Mats from Matting Systems are also non-flammable, a bonus to workplace safety.

Bold colour options are a feature too – the use of bright yellow safety edges, or

coloured mats enables staff to be visually aware of safety zones.

Matting Systems is happy to provide expert advice, and offers assessments

either on-site or from your floor plans, with samples and brochures available.
