Operating elements and industrial components

HI-Q Components recently added the Tecnodin range of operating elements and industrial components to its extensive range of electronic and plastic components.
Spanish company Tecnodin has been designing and manufacturing high quality operating elements for 50 years and offers a wide range of knobs, handles, hand wheels, clamping handles and adjustable feet to meet most requirements.
Tecnodin items are used in the manufacturing of almost all kinds of industrial machines and instruments such as photograph devices, hospital equipment, office furniture, as well as in areas where design is constantly changing. Tecnodin aims to quickly adapt its products to changing needs.
The range of Tecnodin knobs is a broad one; from round, oval and tapered to star and sculptured types. Female threaded types are available with moulded, treated steel or brass insert metric threads. The male threaded knobs have treated steel metric threaded studs.
The 1138 series reinforced thermoplastic black or orange coloured knobs are a great new design incorporating a round sculptured form for a comfortable grip. This series is available with male stainless steel stud and female stainless steel insert.
Colour is used to great effect on many other Tecnodin items. The 1196 series thermoplastic knobs are a simple cylindrical design featuring finger grip ridges on the sides and colourful cap options on the top. The knobs are black with caps available in black, orange, red, blue, yellow, and silver.
Similar colours also feature on the 1155 series thermoplastic handles. The coloured removable caps over the screw fixing points at each end of the handle become a design feature, and the handles range from 116 to 181mm in length.
Other handle types available are standard D type thermoplastic handles, hand wheels, and adjustable clamp levers.
